Kim moved from Iowa to Arizona in 1986 and graduated with a B.S. Finance degree from Arizona State University in 1989. After working in corporate America for 3 years, she returned to ASU and received her Secondary Education Teaching Certification. Kim home-schooled all three of her children through junior high and her two daughters are now actively involved at Hamilton High School in Chandler. Kim grew up in a family who built custom homes and real estate has always been a passion so, in July 2007, she obtained her real estate license. Having lived in Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler, she is familiar with all of the East Valley cities and enjoys working with buyers to help them find homes that best fits their needs. Her attention to detail and organizational skills help facilitate smooth transactions and alleviate some of the anxiety often associated with buying and selling a home. She and Stan, her husband of 27 years, are active members of Redemption Church in Gilbert, Arizona. When the car-pooler, kids’ sports attender, or volunteer hats are not on, she enjoys biking, hiking, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family. A little shopping is also nice!!
